You can research all you want to get the pros and cons you need, then weight them to see whether or not a PC TV software is worth the time and money. It's one thing to get caught up in just the cons and making a decision based on that only, while never giving a product/service a real chance. The other thing is be aware of the time the complaint is made and know whether or it was ever resolved.
